UBER/LYFT DRIVER SHOT AND KILLED IN FERGUSON IDENTIFIED💔

Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a woman in Ferguson who was working as a ride-share driver at the time of her death.

According to authorities, the shooting happened just before 4 p.m. Friday in the 1700 block of Windward Court. Ferguson police responded to reports of shots fired and arrived to find a woman suffering from gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Shannon O’Brien. The St. Louis County Police Department confirmed that O’Brien was driving for Uber and Lyft. At the request of Ferguson police, the St. Louis County Police Department Bureau of Crimes Against Persons is leading the homicide investigation.
