38-year-old Felix Mumba is being charged
with two counts of second-degree rape and two counts of second-degree sodomy. According to authorities, the incident occurred on April 8, 2022, while Mumba was working as a certified nursing assistant at DePaul Hospital. Additionally, a forensic exam was conducted to coincide with the victim’s statement.
DePaul Hospital confirmed Mumba was terminated and no longer working with SSM Health.
