41-year-old Julius Massey is being charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action after he fatally shot 48-year-old Payton Winston.
According to sources Julius was having an altercation when he followed Payton to the bathroom and shot her in the head twice. According to authorities, the two were no longer together when he arrived at the residence.
