Graphic video shows the suspect shooting and ❌❌ a man following a verbal dispute. The suspect was dressed in all black and had a firearm on him.
Authorities responded to the 100 block of Dunn Rd to find a man fatally shot. The shooting occurred around 11 am. Shortly after officers arrived they located the victim, sadly he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
