Delta Air Lines is making a noticeable change when it comes to how members of Congress are treated while flying.

According to a statement, the airline has decided to suspend its specialty services for members of Congress due to ongoing government funding issues impacting resources. Moving forward, lawmakers will now be treated like regular passengers based on their SkyMiles status.
Delta says the decision comes as the company focuses on prioritizing its employees and everyday customers during a time when operations have become more challenging.
In simple terms, members of Congress will now be flying just like everybody else.
