GIVING PEOPLE THEIR FLOWERS WHILE THEY CAN STILL SMELL THEM 🌹

One thing we believe in is giving people their flowers while they’re still here to receive them. Today we want to recognize Young Dip for something that started 20 years ago and turned into something much bigger than anyone probably imagined.

What first began circulating through our skating rinks and clubs like The Limelight, The Boss, Palace, and Saints Skating Rink has now grown into what we know today as 314 Day. What started as something local in the culture has officially become a city holiday, and honestly at this point it’s starting to feel like a national celebration, with people celebrating 314 Day in places like Houston, Dallas, and even Phoenix.

We also want to acknowledge him for taking the proper steps to protect what he created, making sure the legacy behind it stays connected to the city it came from.

And the most beautiful part about it all is seeing St. Louis come together. No violence, just people enjoying the city and showing love to where they’re from.

So today we give credit where it’s due. Salute to Young Dip for creating what we now proudly celebrate as 314 Day. 💙❤️
