On February 6, 2024, 35-year-old Cherish Lappin was dropped off at a local area hospital. Authorities were immediately called after the hospital staff noticed her injuries.

She had lacerations and significant amounts of injuries throughout her body. Due to her injuries her condition progressed to critical/unstable condition

Sadly on February 11th, Lappin was pronounced brain dead. She passed on Valentine’s Day 💔. On behalf of The New Real Stl News we would send our condolences to her family and friends.
