Sometimes loss sets you up for a comeback and that’s exactly what Steve and his team are showing us. Steve’s Hot Dogs has announced that their Delmar location will officially close its doors after January 10th. The reason? Sales have been slow since the devastating F3 tornado swept through the area, disrupting not only their business, but the entire community they serve.
But don’t get it twisted this isn’t the end. It’s just a pivot. Steve made it clear that he and his team are already making moves. The Steve’s Hot Dogs food truck will be back on the streets and ready to serve by March 1st. That’s right when one door closes, another one rolls out. Literally.
So today, we don’t just say goodbye to a brick-and-mortar spot we say congratulations to a team that embodies resilience. Steve and his crew are the definition of how you take a hit, regroup, and come back stronger.
