A 17-year-old was shot early Tuesday morning.
The incident happened shortly before 4am in the 3000 block of Cass. The young man had been shot in the leg as he had left his home to meet up with a girlfriend.
After being shot, he managed to get home and alerted his mother. He was taken to a local hospital and was last known to be in stable condition. This investigation remains open.
