27-year-old Natasha Selby was fatally shot on November 16, 2021, in the 3900 block of Evans around 4 p.m. When authorities arrived they located Natasha deceased lying in the street.
20-year-old Robert Shelton was later apprehended and charged with failure to report a shooting, tampering with evidence, shooting into a vehicle, and unlawful use of a weapon.
