The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department has arrested and charged 26-year-old Leon Perry in connection with the murder of 28-year-old Jobori Bell.
Police say Perry has been charged with first-degree murder, first-degree robbery, and two counts of armed criminal action for his alleged role in the fatal shooting that happened in the 2000 block of Obear Avenue in the College Hill neighborhood.
The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office authorized the charges on July 15. The investigation remains ongoing.
