31-year-old Eric Rogers has turned himself in to police to face charges after he shot a mother and daughter.
The incident happened on Sunday morning at the Mobile gas station on Grand.
An altercation started in which Rogers dragged the daughter in his car. The mother, acting as a mother should, dragged her daughter out of Rogers car. The two fled back towards the gas station entrance and Rogers shot both of them.
Rogers dragged the daughter back to his car and fled the scene. The daughter was eventually found after she had been dropped off on Capitol Hill Dr.
Both mother and daughter were eventually taken to a hospital and was last listed in stable condition.
Rogers faces multiple charges. The listed charges are:
Unlawful Possession and Stealing of a Firearm
Assault
Domestic Assault
Armed Criminal Action
Kidnapping
