A man was shot and killed in the 1100 block of N.Florissant Rd around 3:25 p.m. Authorities concluded that a verbal altercation took place and the victim was shot in his torso and upper extremities.
He was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced deceased. We will follow up on the story as details develop.
