24-year-old Deallen Valentine was fatally shot in the 3500 block of Cass on November 5th around 3:15 a.m. According to authorities, he sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his upper and lower extremities. Sadly he would be pronounced dead at the scene. The other victim was transported to a local area hospital in critical/stable condition. Valentine leaves behind one son💔.
