23-year-old Darrell Walker was found shot to death in the 3900 block of Page Blvd.
According to authorities shortly after arriving, they located Darrell deceased with a gunshot wound to the head. Information regarding this case is limited.
This shooting makes St. Louis City’s 119th homicide💔. Hopefully, he receives justice because we know it will just lead to a perpetual cycle of crime. Please keep his family and friends lifted up in prayer🙏🏽.
