St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Eric Emmanuel Bailey, 39, with Trafficking for the Purposes of Sexual Exploitation (a felony punishable by from five to twenty years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000) and Promoting Prostitution 2nd Degree (a felony punishable by up to four years in prison).

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office alleges that the defendant recruited and kept two individuals in a motel room where he provided narcotics in exchange for their performing sexual services for clients that the defendant procured through a website, with the defendant supervising their conduct and keeping a high percentage of their earnings.

This case was investigated by the Maryland Heights Police Department.

The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
