28-year-old Damartrius Dodd is now facing serious charges after police say he opened fire outside a Jack in the Box on South Grand Boulevard during a personal dispute with a worker. According to investigators, it all went down on December 17 when Dodd and the employee got into it over what officials are calling a personal issue.
Police say Dodd left the restaurant but came back through the drive-thru and kept the argument going. When the employee came outside, surveillance video shows Dodd allegedly pulled out a gun and started shooting firing multiple shots at the worker and into the building. Prosecutors say the entire incident was caught on camera from different angles. Dodd is charged with first-degree assault, armed criminal action, and firing a weapon from a vehicle. He’s also listed as a prior offender. A judge has denied bond
