A man that was shot and killed on December 28th in the Mark Twain Neighborhood has been identified as 46-year-old Andar Smith. Our correspondent approached the scene and witnessed relatives and residents visibly shaken up and exhausted from all the crime.
According to authorities, they responded to shots fired call and found Smith shot around 10 p.m.
Just a few days prior a triple homicide took place in the 5300 block of Harney Avenue less than a mile away. At the moment there are no suspects. We will keep the community updated as the story unfolds.
