We’re saddened to inform the community that 27-year-old Trevion was fatally shot and killed last night during a large altercation near the Preservation Square housing complex in the Carr Square neighborhood.
According to multiple sources, Trevion was not involved in the fight and was allegedly an innocent bystander when gunfire broke out. Videos circulating across social media show the chaotic scene, with what sounds like automatic gunfire and people screaming as the situation unfolded.
Witnesses say several people attempted to render aid after the shooting. We can only imagine what his family and friends are going through right now. This entire situation is tragic all the way around. We hate when internet beef spill to the streets.
