Authorities responded to the 3200 block of Chippewa around 7:30 p.m. Friday. According to officials, the body was so decomposed that identifying race, gender, or age would be difficult.
St.Louis City Homicide detectives are investigating the incident. The medical examiner is ruling this as a suspicious death because there were no signs of trauma.
