ALTERCATION BREAKS OUT AT RANOUSH HOOKAH LOUNGE ON ST. CHARLES ROCK ROAD

Authorities are looking into a large altercation that took place at Ranoush Hookah Lounge, located in the 12,000 block of St. Charles Rock Road, after several videos surfaced online showing what appeared to be a chaotic fight between patrons, security guards, and staff members.

According to witnesses who shared footage with The New Real STL News, the situation quickly escalated inside and outside the establishment late Sunday night. While details are still limited, the videos show multiple people involved in a heated confrontation that drew a heavy police presence shortly after.

No shots were fired during the incident, and thankfully, no serious injuries have been reported at this time. Still, the disturbance has reignited concerns about safety and nightlife in the St. Louis entertainment scene.

Many club and lounge owners say incidents like this are making it harder to run a business. In response, several venues across the region have started implementing age restrictions of 35 and older or 40 and older in an effort to reduce conflicts and attract a more mature crowd.

As of now, authorities have not released any statements regarding arrests or potential charges. The New Real STL News will continue to follow this story as more information becomes available.
