2 million tax dollars gone to waste as the Jamestown Mall redevelopment plan is placed on hold. Councilwoman Webb voted no to the 75.8 million dollar redevelopment contract that the St. Louis County Authority entered in with Kansas city based Northpoint. Webb elaborated that the contract doesn’t reflect the needs and wants of the residents in the community.
