Something ain’t sitting right at Athena Nursing and Rehabilitation in Town and Country.
Family members contacted The New Real STL News claiming that a CNA was taken into custody while at work. The allegations involve misappropriation of resident funds the kind of accusation that hits home for families already trusting these facilities with their loved ones’ care.
We reached out to Ryan Mitchell, the facility administrator, and while he did not confirm the arrest, he did acknowledge that there is an active investigation underway and confirmed that he was the one who alerted authorities.
