POLICE ARE SEARCHING FOR SUSPECTS AFTER A DOUBLE SHOOTING LEFT A MAN FIGHTING FOR HIS LIFE

Police are investigating a shooting that left two men critically injured after an argument broke out inside a north St. Louis home early Sunday morning. It happened around 12:30 a.m. in the 4500 block of Alice Avenue.

When officers arrived, they found two men inside the residence suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victims, a 71-year-old man, had been shot multiple times and was rushed to the hospital in critical and unstable condition. The second victim, a 57-year-old man, was conscious when police got there. He was also taken to the hospital and is listed in critical but stable condition.

According to investigators, the shooting followed an argument inside the home between the suspect and the two victims. Police say the suspect fled the scene immediately after the shooting and has not been arrested at this time.
