53-year-old Cherese Fisher has been identified as one of the women killed in the tragic crash Friday night on Highway 367. She was in the vehicle with her 18-year-old daughter, who had just celebrated her birthday, was recently crowned prom queen, and was preparing to graduate this month before heading off to college.
