Daryl Lewis has been identified as the man who was fatally struck while crossing in the 9800 block of St. Charles Rock Road.
According to his family, the driver who hit him did not stop and kept going. As of right now, there are no suspects in custody.Family members say he lived right up the street from where the incident happened.
