Relative to the homicide of 32-year-old Stanley Scott on October 26, 2025, officers arrested 51-year-old Donald Jones. Mr. Jones has been charged with Murder 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action by the Circuit Attorney’s Office. His booking photo is attached.
On October 26, 2025, around 12:30AM, District 3 officers were dispatched to the 2800 block of Gasconade for a shooting.
Officers arrived and located a 32-year-old man inside of a house who had been shot. Witnesses on scene were tending to the man. Officers began administering life-saving care to the shooting victim until EMS arrived and transported him to the hospital; however, the man later died at the hospital.
