A simple traffic stop on eastbound I-70 in Montgomery County turned into a major drug bust after Missouri State Troopers pulled over a car for riding too close and having bad tags. But what they found inside had jaws dropping 221 pounds of marijuana packed up in the vehicle.
Now let’s be clear yes, Missouri did pass the recreational use of marijuana. Grown adults 21 and up can legally carry up to 3 ounces for personal use. But don’t get it twisted that doesn’t mean you can ride around with weed piled up in the back seat like it’s groceries.
