A deadly hit-and-run Friday night has left one man dead and a woman fighting for her life after the two were struck near N. Grand and Natural Bridge Road.
According to police, the crash happened around 10:30 p.m. Investigators say a pickup truck was traveling southbound on N. Grand when it struck the two pedestrians. Instead of stopping, the driver allegedly kept going and fled the scene.
Both victims were rushed to the hospital. Sadly, the man later died from his injuries. The woman remains hospitalized in critical condition.
