Teens across St. Louis will be able to find jobs while being mentored to continue to pursuing life goals.

The St. Louis Boys and Girls Club is teaming up with the St. Louis Internship Program to help develop the necessary skills to find the best job for them and the tools to nail interviews and thrive on the job.

The director of the St. Louis Internship Program, said it offers “job readiness training (soft skills), college credit, postsecondary planning, summer paid internships, and personal development activities.”

Pushing teens to earn their own money teaches growth, responsibility and intellect. Many teens want the opportunity but don’t know where to start.

To be a part of the program, teens need to be a member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis. For more information, call 314-335-8000 or visit www.bgcstl.org.
