Investigators say that Lohmar and the woman, who is a judge, stopped seeing each other in January and immediately afterwards, he showed up to her home while upset beating on her door. The woman called police out of fear, but by the time they arrived, he was gone.
Lohmar was reportedly back at the home a second time months later.
Authorities are reviewing surveillance footage that shows a man with a mustard bottle walking near the woman’s home. Police found mustard smeared on her garage and the keypad of the door.
Lohmar is cooperating with authorities. He also issued an apology to the woman after everything was brought to light.
“I sincerely apologize to Judge Erin Burlison for my conduct…I acknowledge that my actions were irresponsible, and I am taking necessary steps for self-improvement. I am truly sorry to have caused pain to Ms. Burlison, her family, and others who may have been affected.”
