St. Louis MO, September 1, 2019:
The 100 Black Men of Metropolitan St. Louis will host the grand re-opening of their community building on Saturday September 21, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM. The event will take place at 4631 Delmar Blvd; St. Louis MO 63018
In the fall of 2018 the building, located in the heart of the St. Louis community was vandalized and extensively damaged, requiring months of repair and renovation. During this time the organization was forced to provide their services and events from various locations throughout the city. Organizations such as The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis, The Cortex, and even local restaurants assisted in providing resources.
The work is now completed and the community is invited to celebrate in the re-opening of the building. Current President of The 100 Black Men of Metropolitan St. Louis, Keithen Stallings, is extending this invitation to the entire St. Louis community, including stakeholders and those that the organization serves.
