On this week’s episode of SHADY SLUM LORDS, we feature a private landlord and the living conditions of his tenants are despicable. The couple reached out to us for help. Not only was there black mold but a huge infestation of rats!
They have been living in the property since April and expressed to us that their family is traumatized. We reached out to the landlord and were unable to get a statement regarding the deplorable living conditions. Community if you have any resources please let us know.
As we approached the property we could see foundation issues. Once we entered the building we immediately saw and heard rats chewing through the walls and boxes of food. The couple has a newborn baby as well as two other children.
