FOUR MONKEYS ON THE LOOSE IN NORTH ST. LOUIS HEALTH DEPARTMENT CONFIRMS🥴

The New Real STL News has learned that Animal Control officers are actively patrolling near Redbud Avenue after the St. Louis City Health Department confirmed reports of four monkeys on the loose in the area.

These animals are considered exotic and are not legal within city limits. No breeders are currently known to be operating in the city, raising questions about how the monkeys got there in the first place.

As of now, none of the monkeys have been captured, and they are presumed to still be roaming freely.

Officials are urging the public not to approach the animals, warning that monkeys can act aggressively and unpredictably. If spotted, residents should immediately call Animal Control at 314-657-1500.
