ST. LOUIS, MO — An investigation is underway after a shooting involving juveniles left one male with serious injuries Saturday night.
Police say they were called out around 8 p.m. to a group of townhomes on Vickie Place, near Northwinds Estates Drive, after 911 callers reported hearing a gunshot and believed someone had been hit in the parking lot.
More calls followed, and when officers arrived, they located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. First responders rendered aid and rushed him to the hospital with what authorities described as “extensive injuries.” His current condition remains unknown.
Authorities confirmed all parties involved were juveniles, but details on how many were present, what led to the shooting, or their ages have not been released at this time.
