A double shooting occurred near the intersection of Kentucky and Manchester around 10:30 p.m. Sunday. According to authorities a man and woman were shot. The male victim managed to make it to local area hospital. The female victim was driven to the QuikTrip located in the 900 block of S.Vandevender where she collapsed.
When officials arrived she wasn’t conscious or breathing. Detectives haven’t confirmed if the two victims knew each other. Details are still forming we will update the community once more information becomes available.
